The version of the app and of iOS you are running, and a detailed description of the problem or suggestion — including what you did just before it happened, if you are reporting a bug. Requests for new measurements or units are welcome.
Every feature is described in the app itself: open Information from the sidebar on iPad, or from More on iPhone. It has its own table of contents and search. The same guide is on the web:
Favorite units and measurements sync through your iCloud account to your other devices and to All in One Calculator. If they do not appear, check that each device is signed in to the same iCloud account and that the switch is on in Settings > Apps > Converter > Converter Favorites, then reopen the app.
